We are looking for a dynamic person with a high level of professionalism, who is a self-starter and looking to take their career to the next level.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting management with the daily operation in the office, taking meeting minutes, organizing and maintaining documents
  • Monitoring and responding to emails regularly and in a timely manner
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Taking phone calls and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Filing, organizing and maintaining all documents, with supporting backup copies
  • Coordinating with the Head Office team on a daily basis for various administrative and operational tasks
  • Sending accurate and completed documents to the Head Office on a regular basis
  • Carry out HR duties involving managing job postings, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, on-boarding, off-boarding, etc.
  • Working with the offsite HR team for various employee-related functions
  • Monitoring and managing employee timecards on a regular basis and in a timely manner, for bi-weekly payroll
  • Organizing employee engagement activities
  • Other administrative tasks will be assigned, as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience in administrative function is preferred
  • Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-demand environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – BI-LINGUAL IS REQUIRED
  • Ability to work well with others.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining shop equipment and various tasks involving electrical, plumbing, and machine repair. This position may involve lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion.

Job Responsibilities includes:

  • Assist in performing preventative and urgent maintenance of production machinery and equipment;
  • Assist in performing routing maintenance of production machines and equipment;
  • Perform building maintenance as needed;
  • Regularly Clean and Lubricate machinery;
  • Regularly inspect plant equipment and moving parts;
  • Repair or replace defective equipment parts;
  • Maintain clean and organized work area;
  • Knowledge of welding, plumbing and pneumatic;
  • Knowledge of refrigeration equipment – maintenance and repair;
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints;
  • Working knowledge of three phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces and National Electrical Code;
  • Perform electrical trouble shooting up to 480 volts;
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in electrical or mechanical support functions.
  • Must be knowledgeable of OSHA Safety Requirements, especially those related to electrical and mechanical operations and components.

* High School Diploma/equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience and education.

* English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
