• 2 pkg of muffin town mini corn loaves
• 8 eggs
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 stick of butter

Grease a 9×13 pan. Break the loaves up into chunks and put in the greased panWhisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon then pour over the cornbread. Let stand for 5 minutes. Top with brown sugar and bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until browned and egg is set.
